黄酮类化合物对镉毒性营养干预分子机制的研究进展

摘要: 镉对生物器官和系统如肝脏、肾脏、骨、免疫系统和生殖系统等有着广泛的损伤作用;黄酮类化合物是多酚类化合物,广泛存在于多种植物中,而研究表明黄酮类化合物能有效预防或改善镉引起的机体损伤。本文主要对黄酮类化合物干预镉毒性的研究进展以及发挥保护作用的分子机制方面进行综述,为预防镉毒性和营养干预机制的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract: Cadmium causes damage to a wide range of organs and biological systems such as liver, kidney, bone, immune system and reproductive system. Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds widely present in many plants, which have been shown to prevent or mitigate cadmium-induced damage in the body. This review focuses on recent advances in understanding the protective effects and molecular mechanisms of flavonoids against cadmium toxicity. We hope that this review will provide useful references for the prevention of cadmium toxicity and the mechanistic exploration of nutrition intervention strategies.
