膳食中短链氯化石蜡的污染状况及风险暴露评估研究

摘要: 短链氯化石蜡(Short Chain Chlorinated Paraffins,SCCPs)是碳原子数在10-13之间的氯化石蜡(Chlorinated Paraffins,CPs),它是一类结构复杂的混合物。目前,膳食中SCCPs污染状况的检测数据较少。为了解中国北部膳食样品中SCCPs的污染现状,于2016年在9个城市分别采集了9种膳食,共计81份膳食样品,采用在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-负化学离子源-质谱(on-line Gel Permeation Chromatography - Gas Chromatography - Negative Chemical Ion source - Mass Spectrometry,GPC-GC-NCI-MS)测定了膳食样品中SCCPs含量并分析了其同系物的分布模式。结果表明,膳食样品中SCCPs含量范围为2.30~496.49 ng·g-1 (湿重),并且同系物分布以低氯取代Cl6-Cl7的C10-/C12-SCCPs为主要的组成部分。我国华北地区人群的膳食暴露风险是在1.1%-3.8%之间。膳食暴露风险小于100%,即说明膳食暴露风险尚可接受,但这并不意味着人类健康没有存在风险。测定膳食中的SCCPs含量并分析其分布模式,对于了解我国膳食中SCCPs的污染状况及其对人体健康的影响,提供了重要的数据基础。

Abstract: Short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) are a kind of complex mixtures that include 10-13 carbon atoms. At the moment, the detection data in pollution status of SCCPs in dietary is insufficient. In order to understand the pollution status of SCCPs in dietary, in a total of 81 samples, 9 kinds of different dietary samples collected respectively from 9 cities located in the north of China in 2016, were determined in terms of concentration and distribution profile of SCCPs and its homologues by on-line Gel Permeation Chromatography - Gas Chromatography - Negative Chemical Ion source-Mass Spectrometry (GPC-GC-NCI-MS). The results indicated that the concentrations of SCCPs in dietary samples were in the range of 2.30~496.49 ng·g-1 (wet weight). In addition, lower chlorinated Cl6-Cl7 and shorter chain C10-/C12-SCCPs homologue distribution were the dominant part. The dietary exposure risk in the population of North China is between 1.1% and 3.8%. Dietary exposure risk is less than 100%, indicating that dietary exposure risk is acceptable. However, this does not mean that there is no risk to human health. Determination of SCCPs in dietary and analysis of distribution profile its homologues provide important data base to understand the SCCPs pollution status in dietary in China and its effect on human health.
