摘要: 建立一种气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和亚油酸含量的方法。乙酰氯-甲醇将样品中DHA和亚油酸甲酯化,用甲苯提取,经GC-MS法测定及确证,外标法定量。结果表明,添加回收率范围为96%~110%,精密度高。该方法简便,测定结果准确可靠,完全适合婴幼儿配方奶粉中DHA和亚油酸的分析检测。

Abstract: A method to determine docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and linoleic acid contents in infant formula milk powder by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed. Samples were methylesterized with acetyl chloride-MeOH, followed by extraction with toluene before GC-MS analysis. The external standard method was used for quantification. The average spike recoveries for DHA and linoleic acid in a commercial sample were 96%-110%. The developed method proved simple, precise, accurate and reliable, thereby being suitable for the determination of DHA and linoleic acid contents in infant formula milk powder.
