Uncertainty Evaluation for Cadmium Determination in Flour by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要: 通过对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测面粉中镉含量的不确定度进行评定,对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析,分别对A类不确定度和B类不确定度进行评定。按照国际通用方法对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到石墨炉原子吸收法测定面粉中镉的不确定度评定。结果表明:石墨炉原子吸收法测定面粉中镉含量的不确定度的主要来源是体积分量和标准曲线绘制。

Abstract: The content of cadmium in flour was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), and the sources of uncertainty were evaluated. Each parameter in mathematic model was analyzed to evaluate the type A and type B uncertainties in the method. To obtain the uncertainty evaluation, each uncertainty component was synthesized and extended by the current international method. The results showed that the major source of the uncertainty in the method was the sample solution volume and the standard curve.
