Antioxidant Activities of Ethanol Extracts of Rape Pollen Collected from Different Regions

摘要: 为研究不同产地油菜蜂花粉的抗氧化活性,本实验以青海、湖北、陕西、安徽、新疆、四川、福建7个油菜主产区的油菜蜂花粉为研究对象,测定其乙醇提取物的总酚含量、总黄酮含量、还原力和对DPPH自由基清除率,结果表明,新疆与湖北油菜蜂花粉提取物的抗氧化活性显著高于青海、陕西、福建、四川、安徽(P<0.05),安徽油菜蜂花粉提取物的抗氧化活性显著低于其他产地(P<0.05)。

Abstract: Rape pollens collected from different regions including Qinhai, Hubei, Shannxi, Anhui, Xinjiang, Sichuan and Fujian were extracted by 80% aqueous ethanol and total phenolic content, total flavonoid content, reducing power activity and DPPH radical scavenging activity of the resulting extracts were measured. The results revealed that rape pollens from Xinjiang and Hubei had significantly higher antioxidant activity than those from other regions (P<0.05). The antioxidant activity of the rape pollen extract from Anhui was significantly lower than other regions (P<0.05).
