摘要: 许多国家都明令禁止在饲料中使用莱克多巴胺。有效的检测方法是监测莱克多巴胺滥用的关键。现对近年来国内外用于莱克多巴胺残留的检测方法、研究应用现状及其发展前景进行综述,旨在为动物性产品安全控制提供有益的参考。

Abstract: Many countries have prohibited ractopamine from being added into animal diets. Effective determination methods are key points for controlling the illegal application of ractopamine. Some methods and techniques that have recently been applied for detecting ractopamine residues at home and abroad and their current situation of research and application and development prospects are outlined, which will provide a helpful reference for keeping animal-derived products safe.
