摘要: 在毛细管层析作用下,基于抗原抗体特异性结合或核酸探针和靶向核酸杂交反应来检测样品中的目标物质 的侧流层析技术与传统检测方法相比,以其成本低、特异性强、稳定性高、节省时间、不需专业人员、可现场检 验、结果肉眼可见等优势,广泛运用在人体临床医学、动植物医学、食品安全、环境监测等领域。本文重点介绍了 侧流层析技术的背景、原理、设计以及国内外应用现状、发展前景等,以期为侧流层析技术的发展提供参考。

Abstract: Lateral flow chromatography is capillary column separation based on antigen-antibody interaction or hybridization between DNA probe and target DNA. Compared with traditional analytical methods, it has the advantages of low cost, short assay time, strong specificity, high stability, non-professional personnel, field test and naked eye visualization. Therefore, it is widely used in clinical medicine, animal and plant medicine, food safety detection, environmental monitoring and other fields. This paper focuses on the background, principle, design, application and prospects of lateral flow chromatography. We hope that this review will provide valuable information for the development of lateral flow chromatography.
