杂粮早餐粉对砷致小鼠生殖毒性的拮抗作用

摘要: 摘 要:以昆明种纯系雄性小白鼠为受试动物,检测早餐粉对砷致生殖毒性的影响。染毒组小鼠饮用含10 mg/L砷的水溶液,干预组在砷染毒的同时分别用7.15%和14.30%的杂粮早餐粉灌胃,60 d后检测小鼠睾丸组织的抗氧化指标与组织结构,统计精子总数和精子畸形率。结果表明:通过饮水摄入砷能使小鼠睾丸脏器系数下降,睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)含量下降,H2O2含量升高,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量显著增高,睾丸组织结构出现病理性改变,精子总数降低、畸形率升高;用杂粮早餐粉干预后,小鼠睾丸脏器系数升高,睾丸组织SOD活性和GSH含量升高,H2O2和MDA含量降低,睾丸组织结构损伤得到缓解,精子总数升高、畸形率下降。上述结果表明,所用杂粮早餐粉能降低砷的生殖毒性,对睾丸结构和功能有一定的保护作用,对雄性动物生殖健康具有积极意义。

Abstract: Abstract: The effects of breakfast cereals on arsenic-induced reproductive toxicity were examined in male Kunming mice. Tested mice were given water containing 10 mg/L of arsenic out from sodium arsenite, while those in intervention groups were given a certain amount of 7.15% and 14.30% of the breakfast cereals, respectively, at the same time. After 60 days treatment, the antioxidant indexes and tissue structure of mouse testicle tissues were examined, and the total number of sperm and the percentages of abnormal sperms were counted. Our results showed that arsenic intake by drinking water decreased the testicular viscera coefficient, sperm quantity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and glutathione (GSH) content in mice. The contents of H2O2 and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased significantly in testicular tissue accompanied with pathological changes, and sperm deformity percentages increased in As-drinking group. However, the mice with breakfast cereals intake had increased levels of the organ coefficient of testis, and the SOD activity and GSH content in testis tissue. And also, the lower levels of the contents of H2O2 and MDA were appeared in intervention groups, associated with the alleviating effects of cereal breakfast on As-induced tissue damage, sperm number decrease and sperm malformation. The above results showed the protective effects of cereal breakfast on arsenic-induced reproductive system damage in male mouse, suggesting a prevention approach to reduce arsenic toxicity.t indexes and tissue structure of mouse testicle tissues were examined, and the total number of sperm and the percentages of abnormal sperms were counted. And also, the lower levels of the contents of H2O2 and MDA were appeared compared with those in As-uptake group, associated with the alleviating effects of cereal breakfast on As-induced the tissue structure damage of testis, the decrease of total sperm number and the malformation of sperm structure. The above results showed that the breakfast cereal used can reduce the reproductive toxicity of arsenic, has a certain protective effects on the structure and function of testis, and has positive significance for the reproductive health of male animals.
