鼠李糖乳杆菌对大鼠体内AFB1促排效果的评价及其对大鼠血清生化和免疫指标的影响

摘要: 摘要:通过对连续低剂量摄入AFB1的大鼠每日补充不同处理方式及不同浓度的鼠李糖乳杆菌,评价鼠李糖乳杆菌促排AFT的效果,并根据大鼠血清生化及免疫等方面的指标,确定鼠李糖乳杆菌(L.rhamnosus)其降低动物体内AFT的作用程度及效果。采用每日(空白组除外)喂养50 μg/kg黄曲霉毒素AFB1的饲料,并分别灌胃0.5 mL不同处理方式及不同浓度的鼠李糖乳杆菌液。以大鼠的体重、脏器指数、肝功能、血清中细胞免疫因子、免疫球蛋白等指标对比探讨不同处理方式、不同浓度的鼠李糖乳杆菌对大鼠生长状况及免疫调节作用的影响。结果表明,鼠李糖乳杆菌活菌对大鼠AFB1促排能力随浓度变化差异较明显,高剂量组活菌对维持大鼠体重、脏器指数、肝功能、免疫功能稳定均有显著效果;高、中剂量灭活菌对大鼠AFB1有一定的促排能力,在体重、脏器指数、AST、IgM、IgG等方面作用显著,但对细胞免疫因子无显著影响;鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵液对大鼠体内AFB1吸附效果在三种处理方式中效果最差,仅高剂量发酵液有一定的促排作用,低剂量发酵液无任何吸附效果。

Abstract: Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Lactobacillus rhamnosus on promoting AFB1 excretion by supplementing Lactobacillus rhamnosus with different treatment methods and different concentrations of Lactobacillus rhamnosus in rats with continuous low dose intake of AFT, According to the indicators of serum biochemistry and immunity in rats, it was determined that L. rhamnosus reduced the extent and effect of AFT in animals.50 μg/kg aflatoxin AFB1 diet was fed daily (except blank group), and 0.5 mL different treatment methods and concentrations of Lactobacillus rhamnosus were given intragastrically.The effects of different treatment methods and concentrations of Lactobacillus rhamnosus on the growth and immunomodulatory effects of Lactobacillus rhamnosus on rats were studied by comparing the body weight, organ index, liver function, serum cellular immune factors and immunoglobulin.The results show that,the ability of Lactobacillus rhamnosus to promote the excretion of AFB1 in rats varied significantly with the concentration. the living bacteria in the high dose group had a significant effect on maintaining the stability of body weight, organ index, liver function and immune function in rats.High and middle doses of inactivated bacteria could promote the excretion of AFB1 in rats, and had significant effects on body weight, organ index, AST, IgM and IgG, but had no significant effect on cellular immune factors.The adsorption effect of Lactobacillus rhamnosus fermentation broth on AFB1 in rats was the worst among the three treatments. only high dose fermentation broth had a certain effect on promoting excretion, but low dose fermentation broth had no adsorption effect.
