SDE和HS-SPME结合GC-MS分析霍山黄大茶香气成分的比较研究

A comparison of aromatic components extracted by SDE and HS-SPME from HuoShan Large-leaf Yellow Tea

摘要: 分别采用同时蒸馏萃取法(simultaneous distillation and extraction,SDE)和顶空固相微萃取法(headspace-solid phase microextraction,HS-SPME)提取霍山黄大茶中的香气成分,通过气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)定性定量分析,对两种方法所得的香气成分进行比较。结果表明,两种方法提取的香气成分和相对含量有很大差异,SDE法检测出的挥发性成分有74种,HS-SPME法检测到的挥发性成分有76种,两种方法共同检出的组分有44种。糠醛、5-甲基呋喃醛、3-乙基-2,5-二甲基吡嗪、水杨酸甲酯等是构成霍山黄大茶香气的重要物质,两种方法测出的相对含量都在2%以上。两种方法特有香气化合物分别有30、32种,苯乙烯、苯乙醛、顺式芳樟醇氧化物(呋喃)、亚麻酸等仅在SDE法中检出,HS-SPME法中特有苯甲醛、十四烷、香叶基丙酮等香气组分。

Abstract: Aromatic components from HuoShan Large-leaf Yellow Tea were extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE) and headspace-solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) respectively. Their constituents were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and compared. The results showed that the composition of volatile compounds detected in Large-leaf Yellow Tea was different using the two extraction methods, 74 compounds were obtained of SDE and 76 compounds were obtained of HS-SPME, 44 components detected by the two methods. Furfural, 5-methyIfurfural, 3-Ethyl-2,5-dimethylPyrazine and Methyl salicylate, etc contributed mutually to the particular aroma of Large-leaf Yellow Tea and their relative content were all over 2%. Their special aroma components were 30 and 32, respectively. Styrene, Benzeneacetaldehyde, cis-Linalol oxide (furanoid), and Linolenic acid, etc are only detected in SDE. The aroma components such as Benzaldehyde, Tetradecane and Geranylacetone, etc are unique in HS-SPME.
