聚乙烯醇基SiO2/TiO2纳米包装膜及对双孢菇保鲜效果

Evaluation of PVA-based SiO2/TiO2 Nanocomposite Films and Their Preservation Effect on Agaricus bisporus

摘要: 本 研究制备了添加不同质量分数SiO2/TiO2纳米粒子的聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)基纳米复合膜,以改善其透气性及机械性能,进而增加聚乙烯醇基包装膜在食用菌保鲜领域的应用价值。以市售PE膜为对照,以质量损失率、硬度、白度和感官评价等为指标,探讨6 种纳米复合膜对双孢菇的保鲜效果。结果表明:SiO2和TiO2纳米粒子添加量为1%时,较纯PVA膜其CO2透过率分别降低12.58%和35.66%,水蒸气透过量分别降低5.94%和8.9 2%;抗 拉强度、断裂伸长率和杨氏模量分别增加23.86%和23.41%,1.59%和0.84%,72.89%和96.24%。贮藏5 d后,1% SiO2和1% TiO2纳米复合膜比纯PVA包装贮藏的双孢菇的质量损失率分别减少31.06%和32.87%;1% SiO2、2% SiO2和1% TiO2纳米复合膜处理的双孢菇较纯PVA及PE包装膜硬度值变化小,分别达到228.04 g、232.19 g和227.81 g;此外,经1% TiO2纳米复合膜处理的双孢菇具有更高的白度,达86.18。通过开伞程度、颜色、硬度和气味等感官指标评定,1% TiO2纳米复合膜具有更好的保鲜效果。

Abstract: In this study, modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films added of nano SiO2/TiO2 at different concentrations were prepared to improve the physical properties and broaden the application of PVA films in fresh-keeping filds. Storage effects of these nano films on Agaricus bisporus were evaluated and compared with polyethylene (PE) film. Results showed when nano SiO2/TiO2 were added at 1%, the transmittance of CO2 decreased by 12.58% and 35.66%, respectively, while permeation of H2O decreased by 5.94% and 8.92%, respectively. The tensile strength, elongation at break and Young's modulus increased by 23.86% and 23.41%, 1.59% and 0.84%, and 72.89% and 96.24%, respectively. After 5 days of storage, weight loss of Agaricus bisporus packed with 1% SiO2 and 1% TiO2 films increased by 31.06% and 32.87% of PVA films, respectively. Hardness of Agaricus bisporus packed with 1% SiO2, 2% SiO2 and 1% TiO2 films reduced to 228.04 g, 232.19 g and 227.81 g, respectively. In addition, whiteness treated with 1% TiO2 film was the highest. According to the sensory indicators, 1% TiO2 film showed better preservation effects on Agaricus bisporus.
