摘要: 蓝果忍冬是一种含有丰富营养物质和活性成分的小浆果,随着人们生活方式的改变和对健康需求的不断增加,人们对有健康功效的蓝果忍冬越来越关注。本文从蓝果忍冬的具体保健功效角度,针对其抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、神经保护、抗糖尿病及预防心血管疾病等方面的功效成分、作用机理以及研究现状作具体介绍。

关键词: 蓝果忍冬, 活性物质, 健康功效

Abstract: Lonicera caerulea L. fruit is a small berry with rich nutrients and bioactive ingredients. With the change in people’s lifestyle and the increasing desire for health, the health benefits of Lonicera caerulea L. fruit have aroused increasing interest among people. This article reviews the current status of research on the functional components in Lonicera caerulea L. fruit with antioxidant, anti-inflammation, anti-cancer, neuroprotective, anti-diabetes and cardiovascular disease preventive effects and their mechanisms of action.
