红茶抗疲劳功效研究

摘要:

目的:探讨红茶抗疲劳的作用,为红茶保健作用提供一定的实验依据。方法:4 组昆明种小鼠,每组20 只,分别连续灌胃生理盐水(对照组)和不同剂量的红茶水浸提物30d。按照小鼠体质量给予不同体积的受试物,自由摄食与饮水。研究红茶对小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸(BLA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及肝糖 原(LG)和肌糖原(MG)等疲劳指标的影响。结果:与对照组相比,红茶低、中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间均有延长,BLA、BUN 含量降低;LDH 活力升高;MG、LG 含量也有显著提高。结论:红茶具有抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To check if black tea has anti-fatigue effect on mice or not, which will provide a theoretical basis for clarifying the exploitation value of the resource to be developed into healthcare products. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups with 20 mice in each group. The mice in three experimental groups were administered with different doses of  black tea extract once per day for consecutively 30 days and the mice in the control group were treated with normal saline. After the last administration, the weight-loaded swimming time, blood lactic acid (BLA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), muscle glycogen (MG) and liver glycogen (LG) of each group of mice were determined. Results: Compared with the control group, the three-dose black tea treatment groups revealed a prolonged swimming time, reduced contents of BLA and BUN, and increased LDH activity and MG and LG contents. Conclusion: Black tea has strong anti-fatigue capability.
