摘要:

对其药用功效有显著贡献的甾体皂苷类物质的提取方法、分离纯化方法、结构鉴定方法以及国内外对芦笋中甾体皂苷的结构鉴定方面的研究报道进行综述。重点归纳已报道的27 种芦笋甾体皂苷的结构和功能特性,并分析和讨论今后的主要研究方向。

Abstract:

The methods for the extraction, separation, purification and structural identification of steroidal saponins in Asparagus officinalis L. are summarized in this paper. Meanwhile, current research achievements in their structural identification are also reviewed. The structures and biological properties of 27 kinds of known steroidal saponins are discussed in detail, which will provide a reference for future analysis and research.
