Abstract: This experiment studied dynamic de-adsorption technology of total saposins from Cornus officinalis in HPD-300 macroporous resin by single factor tests and orthogonal test designs. The optimal manipulation conditions were ascertained by variance analyses. The results showed that the optimum desorption conditions are:flowing rate 1.0 BV/h,volume 2.2 BV,and desorption time 2.2 h;The best desorption conditions by alcohol are 50% concentration, flowing rate 2.0 BV/h,and desoprtion volume 4.5 BV.
