Study on Extration of Eseratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum by Microbial Enzyme Method

Abstract: Through hydrolysis by enzyme from microbial fermentation,the resveratrol yield of Polygonum cuspidatum can be increased.Four excellent strains for producing enzyme to hydrolyze Polygonum cuspidatum were screened out from several strains with indican hydrolyzation activity.The experimental results showed that compared with traditional ethanol extraction and self-enzyme hydrolysis method,the resveratrol yield of Polygonum cuspidatum can be increased obviously by hydrolysis of enzyme from Aspergillus niger 1 fermentation.
