Research Progress on Extraction and Activated Function of Yeast Mannan

Abstract: The research progresses of extraction and activated function about yeast mannan were elaborated in this article.The extract methods such as acid extract methods,alkali extract methods,and the activated function such as enhancing immunity and regulating the balance of intestinal microflora were systematic analyzed.In addition,the open questions in mannan research were pointed out,the direction,emphasis and the tendency of mannan in the future were prospected.
