Abstract:
Developing environmentally friendly foods is an important part in the construction of an environmentally friendly society. It is highly beneficial to eco-environment protection and human sustainable development. Through literature analysis, this paper deeply discusses the environmental attribution of environmentally friendly foods and its effects on environment protection in the food supply chain, as well as different food consumption movements initiated by developed countries for environmentally friendly society. A lot of developed countries are intensively focusing on the consumption of environmentally friendly foods, and have made significant achievements. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward for developing environmentally friendly foods in China to alleviate the increasingly severe resource and environmental pressure.
