Abstract: To characterize the traceability of similar regional characteristics, and improve the accurate and stable of mineral elements to soybean origin of the source. In this experiment, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the contents of mineral elements in 42 farms of 9 farms in Beian City of Heilongjiang Province and 6 farms in Nenjiang County, Heihe City, the content of mineral elements was analyzed by variance analysis, principal component analysis and discriminant analysis. The result showed that the first principal components of the Nenjiang County and Heihe River in Heihe City are mainly composed of V, Fe, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Dy, Er and Yb. The contribution rate is the largest, accounting for 28.390%. The second principal component is mainly composed of As, Se, Lu, Ir and Au. The contribution rate is 14.435%. The third principal component is mainly composed of Ca, Ni, Cd and Ba. The contribution rate is 10.881%. Based on the analysis of the content of mineral elements in soybean, the origin of soybean producing areas in the province was realized, and the traceability indexes of two major soybean producing areas in Heilongjiang Province were obtained, respectively, Na, K, Mn, Rb, Ba and Au 6 kinds of elements. The results of mineral element analysis of 42 soybean samples in two main producing areas were realized, and the correct discrimination rate of soybean origin in Heilongjiang Province was realized. The correct discrimination rate was 100%.
