Study on Antioxidation and anti melanoma of ginseng hairy root

Abstract: Panax ginseng hairy root was used as the experimental material, and the antioxidant capacity was determined by three methods: Cu2+ chelating ability, polyphenol oxidase activity and total antioxidant capacity,Cell apoptosis and cell cycle were determined by flow cytometry.The results showed that: with the increase of concentration, the Cu2+ chelating rate of ginseng root was gradually increased, and there was no significant difference between VC at 100 mg/mL;At 40、60、80、100 mg/ml VC polyphenol oxidase activity and FG showed no significant difference;The total antioxidant capacity of ginseng hairy roots was concentration dependent and reached 0.8774 mmolFeSO4/g at 100 mg/mL.Compared with the control group, the apoptosis rate of FG group was significantly , S、G2/M phase increased, and the proportion of G0/G1 phase decreased.Conclusion: Panax ginseng hairy root has antioxidant, anti melanoma effect.
