Abstract: A multi-residue method for the simultaneous determination of 62 pesticide residues in chicken egg was developed using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry after clean-up by the enhanced matrix removal of lipids (EMR-Lipid). The sample was extracted with 10mL 1% acetic acid acetonitrile and 5mL H2O and then salt out with sodium chloride. Finally, 5mL of the extracted organic phase was transferred to the EMR-Lipid tube and determined by GC-MS/MS with external standard method immediately. Good linearity was shown for 62 analytes, and all the correlation coefficients exceeded 0.95. The limits of quantitation (LOQ) of 58 pesticides in eggs were ranged from 1.0 and 20.0μg/kg. the recovery and repeatability of the 62 kinds of pesticides in the eggs are both better through the enhanced matrix removal of lipids (EMR - lipid)than using the filter with hybrid adsorbent and organic membrane. The recoveries in the eggs at the spiked level of 100μg/kg were 70.7%~117.2% for 98.4% pesticides, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 0.3% and 10.9%.
