The polymer (MIP-Res) was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results of static adsorption equilibrium experiments and the Scatchard analysis showed that MIP-Res had specific recognition and adsorption capacity for resveratrol molecules when compared with non-imprinted polymers (NIPs). The best solvent for MIP-Res adsorption was chloroform:acetonitrile at a volume ratio of 1:11. The optimal adsorption temperature was 25 ℃, and the adsorption equilibrium constant Kd1 was 3.42 mg/L. The apparent maximum binding capacity Qmax1 was 11.20 mg/g, and the adsorption equilibrium could be reached within 3 h. Therefore, MIP-Res can be used for selective separation or enrichment of resveratrol. %U https://www.spkx.net.cn/EN/abstract/article_18561.shtml
