This study screened the?anti-oxidative?Pinus?protein peptides?fraction (PDⅡ),?mensurated the molecular weight distribution of PD II, and conducted?anti-fatigue?test in?vivo. The?results?showed?that,?the molecular weight distribution of the fraction PDⅡ was 500-1100Da, declaring the fraction had a strong antioxidant effect. Different doses of PDⅡcould?keep?the?blood glucose?level, increase?the?glycogen?storage?capacity?and?decrease?the?content?of?serum? urea?nitrogen,?malondialdehyde?and?blood?lactate?acid. Compared with the blank group, it reached a very significant level (P<0.01), which?indicated?that?the fraction?PDⅡ?isolated?from?the?Pinus?protein?had?both?anti- oxidative?activity?in?vitro?and?anti-fatigue?effect?in?vivo. %U https://www.spkx.net.cn/EN/abstract/article_44122.shtml
