DTH.HC50 and experiment of phagocytosis ofmacyophage are investigated to appraise Cellular immunity Humoral immunity and Nonspectific immunity.Results showed that the degree of swelling of swelling of ear obviously increased in Ig/kg-dose group compared with that in the control group,the serum hemolysin obviously increased in 5g/kg-dose and 10g/kg-doseguoup;the coefficient and index of phagocytosis markedly increased in the experiment group too .It concluded that Queenbee brood markedly enhances immunity fullction in mice.

Antimicrobial peptides are found both in prokaryotes and eukaryotes.They possess low molecular weight and are characterized by compact structures,thermal stability and potent antimicrobial activity.Since these peptides are directly gene-encoded,it is possible to modify their stl’ucture by mutagenesis to produce structure analogues with an expanded spectrum of antimicrobial activity.Futhemore.the production of these peptides could enable yield improvement to make accessible t’or industrial application and to reduce the processing costs by using optimized isolation procedures.They might be useful as etyective natural food preservertives because of their good properties.

The processing condition is discussed for extraction of water-soluble sulphated polysaccharide from Undaria pinnatifida Suringer with hot water and enzymatic treatment.The extraction rate with this measure is higher than that only with hot water treatment.The yield of polysaccharide can be up to 7.76%.

Hot water,hot aqueous alkali, ferrous sulfate aspergillus oryzae were used to degossypol from cottonseed cake.The optimum result came from the use of hot aqueous alkali.After orthogonal experiment the optimum condition was pH8 ~ 9.temperature 60℃.tirne 3hr. and the tinal gossypol content of aqueous cotton seed protein was 12ppm.This content was much lower than the standard of free gossypol content of edible cottonseed protein stipulated by UNCC.

The ability of bioenrichment action of Iron. Zcinc and Selenium irons of Lentinus edodes. Agrocybe chuxingu and Flammulina velutipes cultured in the same and different media were compared.The results showed that medium composition, trace element concentrations and fungi strains can atytct the bioenrichment action of edible fungi.The high quantify of protein. fat and the concentration of iron Zinc and Selenium ions in the medium is more advantageous to bioenrichment of edible 1’ungi.The best ability of’ bioenrichment action of iron and Zinc ions is Lentinus edodes and the bioenrichment action of Selenium ion of Flammulina velutipes is very strong.The high concentration of iron Zinc and Selenium can promote mycelium growth of Lentinus edodes.

Anew method is presented for spectrophotometric determination of ascorbyl palmitate with silica- molybdenum heteropoly bine.The method is hased on the reaction of molybdenum heteropoly acid with ascorbyl pnlmitate.Optimum experimental conditions have been established.The apparent absorptivity is at 720nm.The de- terminatiom range is 0.25 ~ 2.0mg/50ml.the recovery is 99.4% ~ 100.4%,and the variation coelhcient is 0.43%.
