The conditions of the glucose oxidase (GOD) immobilized on the silk have been studied, The results showed that the optimal conditions of the reaction between Silk and p-β-sulfuric acid ester ethyl sulfon aniline (SESA) are pH = 10. 8 and SESA: Silk = 1. 9: 1 (w/w). The product P--aminobenzent sulfaniliyl ethyl Silk (ABSE --Silk)was diazotized and linked with GOD. The optimal pH for glucose linked to diao -compound is 7. 0. The link time is at last 12h. When the amount Of GOD is 70 -110u/ g (Silk), the activity of immobilized COD is 35 -45u/ g (Silk) and the recovery rate of the enzyme is above 40%. The immobilized GOD is fairly stability, its operational half life is about 21 d.

The denaturation of bovine milk IgG at high pressure (200 -700MPa) and its stabilization were investigated. With the increase of sucrose concentration, the stability of IgG was increased. In accompany with this result, marked blue shift of maximum emission wavelength of IgG was observed, and fluorescence intersity of IgG was decreased. Increased hydrophobic interactions inside IgG molecule in presence of sucrose was considered to be responsible for its stabilization.

The best technology of sodium cyclamate processing was discussed. The result showed that: amidosulphonic acid, cyclohexylamine and light oil were mixed by the ratio of 1: 2. 5: 3. 5, reacted about three hours under the temperature of 165℃. The crude product was recrystallize, the yield was about 97. 5 percent. Light oil and the residued cyclohexylamine were recovered through the vapour distillation.

liquid glucose was produced with raw starch by means of enzymatic liquefication, and a process of ion exchange-acidation-saccharification.It was showed the new technology can produce glucose with high quality than traditional technology of enzyme-acid method, and had some advantage, such as filterability, high productivity, better efficiency compared with double-enzyme method.

The paper desls with the antimicrobial action of different extract of bamboo leaves of phyllostachys glauca Mcclure to several pathogenetic microbes. the results showed that there were obvious antimicrobial actions between the extract A of bamboo leaves by alcohol and acetate acid and the extract B of bamboo leaves by alcohol. The antimicrobial minimum dosage of extracts A and B was respedtively ad follows: Salmonella typhi;0. 125%, 10%; Shigella dusenterlea: 0. 125%, 10%; Yersinia enterocolitica: 0. 25%, 20%; Staphylococcus aureus: 0. 25%, 10%; Bacillus cereus: 0. 125%, 10%; Clostridium Perfringens: 0. 25%, 20%;Ciostridium botulinum: 5%, 40%, When the period of time is the same, the higher the concentration of the extract, the higher the antimicrobial effect. When concentration were the same, the longer the reaction period, the higher the antimicrobial effect of the extract.

A simple and rapid method is described for the determination of carotin form carrot juice.Using the anhydrous sodium salphate as abrading agent the carotin was extrated cleaner by grinding. Than wasing ahd purified it several times by 5% sodium salphate solution. Carotin extracted was determined directly by spectrophotometry. Testing the accuracy is 1. 7% - 2. 67%; recovery is over 97. 1%. This method is getmainly applied to the datermination of carrotin from carrot juice.

The effects of acidic -- basic properties of solutions, temperature, time and solvents on β--cyclodextrins polymer (β-CDP) including vanillin were investigated. The optimum including conditions were advanced (pH, 3. 0; temperature, normal atmospheric temperature; time 1. 5h, ethanol concentration, <1% ).The conditions had been applied to direct ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination of vanillin in foodstuffs using β-- CDP resin with satisfactory results. Rate of recovery is 92. 6 - 96. 1%.
