贵州铜仁梵净山地区绿茶的产地溯源

Origin Traceability of Green Tea from Guizhou Tongren Fanjing Mountains area

摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱分析法测定了贵州省铜仁市4个产茶县42个绿茶样品中31种微量元素的含量,采用相关性分析对各微量元素之间的关系进行分析,利用主成分分析(PCA)、逐步线性判别分析(S-LDA) 和正交偏最小二乘法判别分析 (OPLS-DA) 对不同产区绿茶构建分类模型。结果表明,不同产区之间茶叶样品中Co、Mo、Ag、Cd、Zn、Al、Y、Nd、Sc、Pr、Gd、Sm、Dy、Er、Yb、Ho、Tb、Tm和Lu元素的含量具有显著差异(P<0.05);茶树富集过程中,部分元素之间存在相互协同或者拮抗的关系;OPLS-DA模型分类效果最佳,正确判别率为92.86%。本研究表明,基于茶叶元素含量构建的多元统计分类模型可有效区分邻近产地不同区域的茶叶样品,为茶叶质量安全生产追溯提供了一定的方法支持。

Abstract: The contents of 31 trace elements of 42 green tea samples from four producing tea regions of Tongren City in Guizhou Province, were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between trace elements. Principal components analysis (PCA), stepwise linear discriminant analysis (S-LDA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were used to analyze the trace elements of green tea in different regions. The results indicated that Co, Mo, Ag, Cd, Zn, Al, Y, Nd, Sc, Pr, Gd, Sm, Dy, Er, Yb, Ho, Tb, Tm and Lu elements in tea samples between different producing areas have significant regional differences (p<0.05). In the process of tea tree enrichment, there was a synergistic or antagonistic relationship between some elements. The OPLS-DA had better result and the correct discrimination rate was 92.86%. This study revealed that a multivariate statistical classification model based on the content of trace elements can effectively distinguish tea samples from different regions of neighboring production areas. The method we provided can be great benefits to the traceability and safety of tea quality in the tea industry.
