微生物组技术在果蔬采后领域中的研究进展

Application of microbiome technology in field of postharvest fruit and vegetable

摘要: 测序技术使研究不可培养微生物成为可能,该方法不仅可以获得研究对象的物种组成信息,还可以进一步研究功能基因层面的信息;常用的测序方法包括扩增子测序和宏基因组测序。采后水果和蔬菜中掩藏了大量微生物,但大多数与农产品相关的微生物研究都集中在相对较少的病原细菌或者单一的拮抗菌上,因而对果蔬中发现的微生物群落的多样性和组成以及这些微生物的结构,影响因素知之甚少。由此我们将通过测序来评估果蔬上微生物群落结构的一些研究进行总结,并介绍了微生物组相关定义,主要测序方法;分析了微生物组测序技术在采后果蔬中的应用及相关研究进展;且在此基础上进一步提出一些可能的研究方向,为采后果蔬微生物组的研究提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: Uncultured sequencing technology makes it possible to study uncultured microorganisms. This method can not only obtain the information of the species composition of the research object, but also further study the information at the level of functional genes. The commonly used sequencing methods include amplicon sequencing and metagenomic sequencing. A large number of microorganisms are hidden in postharvest fruits and vegetables. But most agri-related microbial research were focused on a relatively small number of pathogens or a single antagonist, so little is known about the diversity and composition of those microbial communities found in agricultural products and the factors that influence their structure. Therefore, we're going to summarize some of the studies that have been done to evaluate the microbial community structure on agricultural products by sequencing, and this paper introduces the definition of microbiome, the analysis process of main sequencing methods and matters needing attention. The application of microbiome sequencing technology in postharvest fruits and vegetables and related research progress were analyzed. On this basis, some possible research directions are put forward to provide some theoretical basis for the research on the microbiome of fruits and vegetables after harvest.
