制备胭脂虫红酸基碳量子点用于蘑菇中的铁离子检测

Preparation of carminic acid-based carbon quantum dots for detection of iron ions in mushrooms

摘要: 为了开发荧光性能优异的碳量子点用于过渡金属离子的检测,以胭脂虫红酸为原料,高碘酸钾为氧化剂,通过乙醇/水热法一步合成水溶性可发射蓝色荧光的胭脂虫红酸基碳量子点(I-CQDs)。通过傅里叶-红外光谱法(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明I-CQDs结构中含有共轭的芳香环结构和丰富的含氧官能团,透射电子显微镜(TEM)和动态散射光(DLS)测试表明其平均粒径约为7.53 nm。光学测试表明,I-CQDs的荧光发射位于380-620 nm区间,最大激发波长是336 nm,最大发射波长是445 nm;其荧光在溶液pH值为1~9之间以及在不同阴离子溶液中稳定性良好;紫外-可见光(UV-vis)测试显示其在225 nm处有最大吸收峰。I-CQDs对铁离子有良好的选择性,加入铁离子会导致其荧光强度明显降低,荧光发射峰面积减小率(S0-S)/S0与铁离子质量浓度在11.2~56.0 μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为2.5 μg.mL-1。初步应用结果表明,基于I-CQDs作为荧光传感器的荧光检测方法用于实际样品中Fe3+的检测,样品回收率在95.3%~110.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.4%~4.6%之间,表明该方法可用于香菇、白菇和杏鲍菇等蘑菇中Fe3+的含量检测,方法可靠。

Abstract: In order to develop carbon quantum dots with excellent fluorescence properties for the detection of transition metal ions, a water-soluble carbon quantum dots (I-CQDs) was synthesized in one step by ethanol/hydrothermal method using carminic acid as raw material and potassium periodate as oxidant, it could emit blue fluorescence.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis showed that the structure of I-CQDs contains conjugated aromatic ring structure and a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic scattering Light (DLS) testing indicated an average particle size of approximately 7.53 nm. Optical tests showed that the fluorescence emission of I-CQDs was in the range of 380-620 nm, the maximum excitation wavelength was 336 nm, and the maximum emission wavelength was about 445 nm; the, I-CQDs showed good fluorescence stability in medium of pH 1 ~ 9 solutions and in different anion solutions.; UV-visible light test showed that its maximum absorption peak was at 225 nm. I-CQDs had good selectivity for iron ions because the addition of iron ions would lead to a significant decrease of fluorescence intensity. The decrease rate of fluorescence peak area (S0-S)/S0 showed a good linear relationship with the mass concentration of iron ion in the range of 11.2-56.0 μg.mL-1, the limit of detection was 2.5 μg.mL-1. Preliminary application results showed that the content of iron ions in mushrooms could be detected by using carminic acid-based I-CQDs as fluorescent sensor. The sample recovery rate of this method was 95.3%~110.4%, and the relative standard deviation was between 2.4% and 4.6%, indicating that the fluorescence detection method was reliable.
