黄粉虫成虫体内脂类抗菌物质活性

Antibacterial Activity of Lipid Antibiotic Substances in Adults of Tenebrio molitor L.

摘要: 用乙酸乙酯对黄粉虫成虫体内的脂类抗菌物质进行浸提,并用硅胶柱层析法对粗提物进行分离,检测成虫脂类抗菌物质对3种细菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)、3种病原真菌(黑曲霉、苹果炭疽、梨黑星)的抑制效果。结果表明:黄粉虫成虫脂类粗提物的乙醇洗脱成分及加热组都对革兰氏阴性菌有较好的抑制作用,且热稳定性好;成虫脂类抗菌物质对3种病原真菌均有显著的抑制效果,将其应用于食品(苹果、梨、豆腐干)防腐上也有一定的效果,脂类抗菌物质质量浓度为50mg/mL时,苹果腐烂率下降了13.24%,梨腐烂率下降了16.90%,并能有效延长豆腐干的保质期。

Abstract: The adults of Tenebrio molitor were extracted with ethyl acetate, and then the resulting crude extract was separated by silica gel column chromatography to obtain lipid antibiotic substances in the ethanol eluate. The inhibitory effect of the antibiotic substances gainst bacteria and fungi was also investigated. The results showed that the lipid antibiotic substances with and without heating in 100 ℃ water bath for 20 min had a significant inhibitory effect on G- bacteria, suggesting their good thermal stability. The lipid antibiotic substances also had a significant inhibitory effect on three species of pathogenical fungi. When the concentration was 50 mg/mL, the decay rates of apples and pears were reduced by 13.24% and 16.90%, respectively. The lipid antibiotic substances also could prolong the shelf life time of bean curd.
