仙人掌粗多糖降血糖作用研究

摘要: 以仙人掌粗多糖为原料,以小鼠为实验对象进行降血糖活性研究。通过灌胃四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠动物模型,按不同剂量,每天灌胃一次,自由进食,经一周,二周分别观察和测空腹血糖值。研究结果表明,仙人掌粗多糖能显著缓解糖尿病小鼠的多饮、多食、消瘦症状,有明显的降血糖作用。

Abstract: The hypoglycemic function of Opuntia polysaccharides is studied preliminary. The polysaccharides is injected into stomach of mice, which have diabetes mellitus caused by alloxan. After observation and detection about blood sugar, it is discovered that the polysaccharides has hypoglycemic function.
