摘要: 蕈菌的核糖体RNA(rRNA)基因既存在于细胞核内,又存在于线粒体中,均由高度保守区和可变区组成,由于其中包含了丰富的遗传变异信息,近年来成为蕈菌分子系统学研究的热点。本文综述了蕈菌核糖体RNA基因的组成和性质及其近些年来在蕈菌分子系统学方面研究中的应用。

Abstract: Ribosomal RNA gene of mushroom, containing abundant of genetic variation information, exists in both the nucleus and mitochondria and comprises highly conserved and variable sections. In recent years, it becomes study focus on mushroom molecular systematics. In this paper, the composition and nature of mushroom ribosomal RNA gene and its applications in mushroom molecular systematic studies in recent years are summarized.
