摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文采用银盐法对保健品原料及成品中有害砷元素进行了测定,检测结果表明部分保健品原料及其成品中砷含量超过保健食品通用标准GB16740-1997的限值。方法回收率90%～106%。

Abstract: A method to determine toxic As in health products and their raw materials by silvern compound method was studied in this paper. The results showed that content of As in partly health products and their raw materials exceeds the standard of GB16740-1997. The recovery rate is between 90% and 106%.
