水解处理后的牛乳对小鼠的非特异性免疫功能和生长的影响

摘要: 实验以15日龄的40只小白鼠为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组饲喂水解处理后的牛乳,饲喂30d并测定小鼠碳廓清能力、脾脏和胰腺重与体重比、溶菌酶。结果表明:水解处理后的牛乳对小鼠碳廓清能力有显著的提高作用,且在30d的饲喂期内对小鼠的免疫器官的发育无明显的负影响,血清中溶菌酶含量增加不明显。对小鼠的体重增长有极显著的促进作用。因此配方乳对小鼠的非特异性免疫功能有一定的增强作用,并可以促进小鼠的生长。

Abstract: 40 mice aged 15d were use to study the effects of fed hydrolyzed milk on immunologic function and growth. The mice were randomly divided into two groups to feed for 30d, control group and feeding the milk group. Carbon expurgation experiments, spleen and the pancreas weight vs weight gain, lysozyme were determined. The results showed that the infant formula milk is significant difference on carbon expurgation experiments, and is no significant difference on spleen and pancreas/weight gain, and lysozyme activity in serum, also is significant difference on promoting mice growth. It suggest that the infant formula is the influence on promoting the non-specific immunity and growth of mice.
