法国家禽质量认证系统对我国食品质量和安全保障体系的启示

摘要: 本文主要介绍了法国家禽质量认证系统。它的红色质量认证标志系统将本地上游生产者(饲料厂、孵化场、种鸡场)和下游生产者(屠宰场、分销商)紧密地联系在一起,形成一个高度综合有效的流通网络,向消费者提供明显不同于工业产品的家禽。由于在内在质量、食品安全、环境安全的生产实践和产品形象方面的不同,红色标志产品与工业产品的差别是显著的。红色质量认证标志系统持续了三十五年,发展成一个非常有效的私人部门和公共部门相结合的认证架构,为我国食品质量和安全保障提供了重要的经验。

Abstract: The France Poultry Quality Certification System was introduced. The red quality label certification was used to connect the upper producers (feed-processing plant, hatchery, chicken stock) and the lower producers (shambles and distributes), which composed one very comprehensive and efficiency circulation network. The poultry from the network were obviously distinct with the industrialized poultry. Because of the inner quality, food safety, environment safety and the product image, the difference between the red label products and the industrialization products was prominence. The red quality label certification system went on 35 years, and became a quite efficiency framework, constituted by the private and public departments. The above system was an important reference for our study on food quality and safety.
