摘要:  阐述了一种实用的双孢菇保鲜方法。采前12h喷洒植物生长延缓剂矮壮素(CCC),在低温下(2-5℃)、MA条件下贮藏保鲜双孢菇。经测定理化指标、呼吸强度、可溶性蛋白、总酚量、多酚氧化酶、气体成分,证明CCC前处理(100ppm)对采后双孢菇生长发育有一定延缓作用,是一种双孢菇保鲜实用方法。

Abstract: A method for preserving Agaricus bisporus is reported. By praying chlorocholine chloride(CCC) 12 hours before picking, Agaricus bisporus can be preserved 4 - 5 days at 2 -5℃ . Indexes of plant physiology and biochemistry are determined. The results showel that this is a useful method.
