摘要:
全球气候变暖导致土壤和水体污染加重,引起害虫数量和种类波动、改变病菌分布范围和传播途径;极端气候事件增加有毒物质危害人类的风险,对食品安全产业链不同环节均构成威胁。本文从产业链的视角对气候变化造成的食品安全风险进行分析。气候变化对食品安全的影响不断加剧,需要及早预防,采取必要措施,将风险控制在最低水平。

Abstract:
Global environmental changes have led to an increase in soil and water pollution, caused the fluctuations of the number and types of pests, changed distribution and transmission of bacteria and posed a threat to food safety around the whole industrial chain link.
