MSPD-GPC净化GC/ECD法测定辣椒酱中8种有机氯农药残留分析

摘要: 摘要: 建立了辣椒酱样品中8种有机氯农药多残留的基质固相分散法-凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱/电子捕获检测器(MSPD-GPC-GC/ECD)分析方法。辣椒酱样品首先经基质固相分散法(MSPD)除去大部分油脂和色素等大分子干扰基质后,再通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)进一步净化,应用GC/ECD进行检测。实验结果表明:测定辣椒酱中各种农药的标准曲线相关系数为0.9991~0.9996,加标回收率均在74.58﹪~102.86﹪之间,日内相对标准偏差均小于5.45%(n=5),方法检测限为0. 40~1. 20μg/kg。该方法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、快速、准确的特点, 适合于辣椒食品中多种有机氯农药残留同时检测。

Abstract: Abstract: An analytical method has been developed for the determination of 8 organochlorine pesticides in chili sause samples. The chili sause samples was purified by matrix solid phase dispersion(MSPD)to remove most of the fat and sterols in the sample, then on-line gel permeation chromatography(GPC)was cleanup. The detection conditions could be achieved by gas chromatography with electron capture detection (GC/ECD).The correlation coefficient for the standard curves was 0.9991~0.9996, the recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 74.58% and 102.86% and the intra-day RSD was lower than 5.45%(n=5). The method detection limits ( MDL) ranged from 0.40~1. 20μg/kg.This method has low detection limit, high sensitivity, speediness and exactness. It could be used to detect the organochlorine pesticides residue in the chilies .
