基于动态时间弯曲的马铃薯干腐病发病期时序高光谱诊断方法研究

摘要: 摘 要:本文针对马铃薯干腐病潜育期到发病期的诊断方法进行研究,利用时序高光谱对病害发生过程中的病症特征进行分析和提取,并基于时序性特征采用动态弯曲距离的聚类方法对时序关键点分析,即发病期初始点进行诊断。本文在数据预处理中使用图像阈值分割算法提取动态感兴趣区域(ROI),利用概率密度比算法剔除病害光谱异常值,在对比病症的光谱与外观后,发现马铃薯干腐病的光谱具有非单调性特征,再基于该非单调性特征使用高斯核函数的主成分权重系数法进行光谱特征提取。最后基于病害特征,利用模糊聚类(FCM)方法判定时序关键点,其结果正确率仅为66.7%;针对特征时序性再利用动态时间弯曲(DTW)聚类算法判定时序关键点,其结果正确率达94.4%。本文的研究表明基于动态时间弯曲的时序高光谱诊断方法能对马铃薯干腐病发病期进行有效诊断,其结果也对马铃薯贮藏期中病害损坏率的降低有着重要意义。

Abstract: Abstract:The paper studies the diagnosis method of dry rot of the potato from incubation to symptom appearance by using time series hyperspectral to analyze and distract the disease features in the process of disease. Meanwhile, the pa per diagnoses the time series key point, namely the start point of symptom appearance by the means of DTW algorithm on the basis of the time series features. The paper uses threshold segmentation algorithm to distract ROI in the data preprocess, adopts the probability density algorithm to eliminate the abnormal data of disease spectrum. With the comparison of the spectrum and appearance of the disease, the study finds out the monotonicity characteristics in the spectrum of the dry rot of the potato, according to which the study distracts the spectrum feature by the means of KPCA. In the end, the study predicate time series key point by using fuzzy clustering model (FCM) based on the disease features, the right rate of which is only 66.7%. By contrast, the right rate of DTW on the basis of time series feature is as high as 94.4%. The study proves that the time series hyperspectral image diagnosis method based on DTW could diagnose dry rot of potato symptom appearance effectively, the result of which has important implication for reducing the spoilage rate of the potato in storage period.
