海参营养液DNA高效快速提取及种类鉴定方法

摘要: 本实验以海参口服液为原料,采用异丙醇和乙酸钠沉淀的改良方法提取DNA,通过A260/A280、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和PCR检测,对DNA溶液进行定性分析和综合比较。结果表明,本方法是一种新型的海参营养液DNA高效快速提取及种类鉴定的方法,可用于对海参营养液进行定性检测。

Abstract: Mitochondria DNA of sea cucumber were extracted from the sea cucumber nutrient solution with optimized method.The quantitative and qualitative analyses of DNA solution were performed with the calculation of A260/A280,Agarose gel electrophoresis,and PCR.The results showed that our method of DNA extraction and species identification from the sea cucumber nutrient solution was more efficient and rapid than traditional methods.This study will be helpful for quicker,more economical,and dependable species identification of the sea cucumber.
