白子菜硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量

摘要: 测定了不同生长发育阶段、不同生长环境的白子菜硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的含量。结果表明:参考蔬菜中硝酸盐含量分级评价标准,各个不同生长环境、各个生长发育阶段的白子菜可食部分都属于一级蔬菜范围,亚硝酸盐的含量均低于无公害蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量的限量标准(≤4.0mg/kg鲜重),为品质上乘的野菜。

Abstract: The contents of nitrate and nitrite in the edible part of Gynura divaricata ( L.) DC.,which was collected from different soil(seasideland 、mountainland、 woodland、 furrowland、off-lying sea land)and different growing stages(vegetative phase、 flowering bud period、flowering period)were determined. The result indicated that it had good quality because of the contents of nitrate and nitriet of different soil and growing stages were quite lower than the standard.
