几种常见海藻酸盐络合常数的测定

摘要: 通过实验,测定了海藻酸根与Pb2+、Ca2+、Zn2+和Mn2+等典型金属离子的络合能力,并取得了相应的络合常数,其络合常数及络合强度关系为KPb2+(6.4×106)>KCa2+(4.5×105)>KZn2+(1.11×104)>KMn2+(3.2×102)。结果表明海藻酸根与Pb2+的络合能力最强,与Mn2+的络合能力最弱。

Abstract: The complexing ability between alginate radical (Alg—) and some typical ions such as Pb2+, Ca2+, Zn2+ and Mn2+ were determined in the applied research on alginate. The complexing constants and strength relationship were KPb2+(6.4×106)>KCa2+ (4.5×105)>KZn2+(1.11×104)>KMn2+(3.2×102), which indicated that the ability of Alg- complexing with Pb2+ was the strongest while Mn2+ the weakest.
