新疆甜瓜保鲜技术的研究

摘要: 本文分离得到了常见的7种新疆甜瓜致病病原菌,针对新疆甜瓜的主栽品种的优势病原种类,采用固体杀菌剂和气体杀菌剂及保鲜膜结合的方法,筛选出了有效的保鲜剂配方,进行两年的实地保鲜贮藏实验,取得了贮藏时间3个月,完好率达80%的保鲜效果。

Abstract: Seven species of pathogens causing Xinjiang melon diseases were :solated. In accordance with the main variety anddominant fungus species of XinJing melon, a method of using the solid-bactericide and gas-bactericide accompanied with packmembrane for the melons was proposed. The method was applied to the experiments for keeping melon fresh for two years.Theresults showed that the 80% melons could be kept fresh after 3 months storage.
