摘要: 多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA),尤其是二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)在营养和医学领域有着重要作用。目前PUFA主要从鱼油中提取,工艺复杂,价格昂贵。微藻中含有丰富的多不饱和脂肪酸,利用微藻生产多不饱和脂肪酸具有广阔的前景。本文综述了微藻培养生产PUFA的研究进展,包括生理作用、合成途径、来源分布及培养方式等。

Abstract: The polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), play an important role in nutrition and medicine. However, the traditional way of extracting it from fish oil is technologically complicated, resulting in high prices. PUFA is rich in microalgae. This paper summarized the advances in the production of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) by the culture of microalgae, including its physiological action, synthesizing pathway, sources and cultivating methods.
