江门口岸进口食品卫生监督检验现状及ABC管理

摘要: 本文对1993~1994年江门口岸进口的1999批食品的卫生监督管理情况进行分析。发现有卫生问题的共30批,3213.88吨,分别占总批数的1.5%及总重量的10.29%。江门口岸进口食品具有品种杂、批次多、数量少的特点,为此,作者提出了ABC管理法。

Abstract: This paper analysed the situation of 1999 batches of impott fnd hygiene supervision from 1993to 1994 at Jiangmen port, and 30 batches of unqualified food (totle 3213. 88 ton) are fiund. These batchesare accounted for 1. 5% and the weight is accounted for 10. 29% in all. There are the features of mixed assortment, many batches, and little quantity in each batch for the import food at Jiangmen port. So, the ABCadministration was advanced
