福建芦柑贮藏果实适宜采收指标的研究

摘要:  研究及生产验证结果表明,福建芦柑果实贮藏适宜采收指标及推广应用范围是:中期贮藏适宜采收指标为果皮色泽达到3级。果计固酸比为8.5:1,一般可在平均温达20℃以上的芦柑产区应用;长期贮藏适宜采收指标为果皮色泽达到2级,果汁固酸比为8.0:1.在芦柑适栽区都可应用。

Abstract: Research and production results indicate that the suitable maturity indices for picking Fukien mandarin orange are as follows: For medium period storage, the colour and lustre of fruit peel reaches grade 3 and the ratio of soluble solids to organics acids is 8. 5: 1, It is applicable in the area where the average temperature in a year is above 20℃, Forg period storage, the colour and fustre of fruit peel reaches grade 2 and the ratio of soluble solids to organic acids is 8. 0: 1 , This is applicable in the area where the orange can be cultivated.
