摘要: 食品安全关系到人民群众的生命健康,因此对食品安全监管工作提出了更高的要求。食品安全监管工作中,执法部门要对食品安全问题引起高度重视,通过应用各种手段、措施,切实加强食品安全执法力度,确保人民群众吃上放心食物。当前,我国食品安全工作仍存在诸多问题,导致执法力度不足、监管手段单一等。对此,在食品安全执法工作中应对全过程进行监管。本文从分析食品安全监管模式入手,对如何完善食品安全监管模式展开探讨,旨在为相关从业人员提供参考。

Abstract: Food safety concerns the life and health of people, which raises higher requirements for food safety regulation. The law enforcement departments should attach great importance to food safety issues, and effectively strengthen food safety enforcement by various means and measures to ensure safe food for people. At present, there are many problems in China’s food safety regulation, leading to insufficient law enforcement and single means of supervision. In this context, the whole process of food production should be supervised in food safety enforcement. This article starts with an analysis of the food safety supervision model in China, and then discusses how to improve it, aiming to provide a reference for relevant personnel.
