Determination of Enrofloxacin/Ciprofloxacin Residue in Carp Meat by ELISA

Abstract: The calibration curve for ELISA determination of enroflrlxacin/ciprofloxacin residue in carp meat is linear in the range of 10~810μg/kg. The limit of detection is 10μg/kg. The average recovery rates of spiked samples are 80%, 80.9% and 76.6% for enrofloxacin 20, 100, 500μg/kg, respectively.
