Research Progress of Oleanolic Acid in Chinese Flowering Quince

Abstract: The oleanolic acid extracted from the fruit and the leaf of Chinese flowering quince is an important active component, has various medical functions. In this article, advances in extraction, detection, physiological activity, application and prospect of oleanolic acid from Chinese flowering quince were introduced and discussed. Reasonable exploitation and the application have been provided the scientific basis for oleanolic acid from Chinese flowering quince.
