The Loopholes and Improvement of Food Security Regulation System in China

Abstract: Food security is relative to the life safety and health of the mass and relates to the healthy development of the economy and social stability, which makes it a heating issue catching eyeballs. Current food security system, scheme and legal framework presents prominent dilemma that must be solved. By analyzing the plight of food security system in the country, this essay explores the loopholes and problems of the current food security system. While comparing food security systems within and without the country and construing the advantages and shortcomings of different models, this essay also discusses food regulation system and model that is compatible to different administrative levels.
