Extraction and Comparison of Flavonoids of Chinese Dates Produced in Shaanxi Province

Abstract:  The extraction technology of the total content of flavonoids from chinese dates was researched by adsorpti-ophoto metry with Al(NO3)3. The content of flavonoids from different habitats in the north of shaanxi province was determined under the chosen conditions according to orthographic tests. Whose results indicated that: ①The extraction rate by supersonic> traditional Soxhletextraction>alkali extraction and acid precipitation. ②Supersonic extraction conditions are to use 60% alcohol as solvent whose rate is 30:1 at 70℃ for 30 minutes. The extraction rate only twice can attain the best efficiency. ③The difference of content of flavonoids from different habtaits is obvious, and range from 297.2~764.6mg/100g dehydration dates.
